Craftinator

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

We keep this short and simple: we collect as little as possible, we never sell it, and you can have it deleted at any time.

Who we are

Craftinator (craftinator.com) is run by Wealthico s.r.o., Jaurisova 515/4, 140 00 Praha 4, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO) 08849790 ("we", "us"). We are responsible for your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Questions about privacy: info@craftinator.com.

What we collect

When you join the early access list:

  • Your email address – so we can tell you when Craftinator opens.
  • Your Minecraft edition (Java, Bedrock or both) and the language of the page you signed up on – so we send the right instructions in your language.
  • Your country – worked out from your connection by our hosting provider. We store the country only, never your IP address.
  • When you signed up.
  • Your share link – a random code, who invited you (if you came through a friend's link), and how many people visited and signed up through your link.

When someone opens a share link, we count each visitor once. To do that we store a one-way, salted fingerprint of their IP address. It can't be turned back into the IP address and is used for nothing else.

Why we use it

  • To send you early access news and your invitation. This is based on your consent – you can withdraw it at any time.
  • To let you skip ahead in the queue by sharing your link.
  • To keep the site safe from bots and abuse (our legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data, we do not show ads and we do not build advertising profiles.

Cookies and analytics

We use no tracking or advertising cookies. If you choose a language from the menu, we remember it in a small lang cookie – that's all.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not track you across websites. To stop bots, the sign-up form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser in the background.

The trailer is a YouTube video. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. After that, YouTube's (Google's) privacy policy applies.

Who else processes your data

Our website, database, analytics and bot protection all run on Cloudflare, who processes the data only on our instructions. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU; such transfers are protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We share your data with no one else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your sign-up until Craftinator launches and for as long as you want to hear from us. Ask us and we delete everything – usually within a few days.

Kids and parents

Lots of Minecraft players are young. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian before signing up, or let them sign up for you with their own email. Parents can contact us at any time to see or delete their child's data.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, delete or export your data, to limit or object to how we use it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Just email info@craftinator.com. Every email from us also tells you how to stop receiving them.

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to your local data protection authority – in the Czech Republic that is the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, uoou.gov.cz).

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. Big changes we will also announce by email.
